Last week I went to the Farmer's Market looking for fresh peaches, knowing they could be on the end of their season. Once I found them, I quickly realized peaches are very much still in season here in California and, in my opinion, are going out with a bang. They were incredible. Now just think if you grilled those delicious stonefruits and added lime, bitters, and bourbon? You have yourself a pretty amazing old-fashioned recipe. Add a sprig of thyme to really take it to the next level!
