RETURN POLICY

C.O. + team wants to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase. Please see below points regarding our return policy:

+ We are happy to offer a full refund to your original payment method for full-priced items returned and postmarked within the first two weeks of package receipt date. Simply fill out the merchandise return form & use the pre-paid shipping label included in your original package. The return package MUST be postmarked within the 14 days of package receipt. Once we receive your return, your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days. Please keep the tracking number of your return for your personal reference.

+ For returns of full-priced items returned after 14 days and within 30 days of the receipt of your purchase, we are happy to offer a merchandise credit for the items being returned. Again, simply fill out the merchandise return form & use the pre-paid shipping label included in your original package. The return package MUST be postmarked within the 30 days of package receipt. Once we receive your return, your merchandise credit will be issued to you within 3-5 business days to the email that you provided at time of checkout. Please keep the tracking number of your return for your personal reference.

+ Any returns postmarked past 30 days of the receipt of your order, will not be accepted. If received, they will be returned to you.

+ Expedited shipping costs will not be refunded under any circumstance.

+ Please note all items found in the LAST CHANCE sale section items are final, no exceptions. This is also made clear in product descriptions. All other sale items may be returned utilizing the above full-priced merchandise guidelines.

+ Full priced items that were discounted via a promo-code will be treated as full-price merchandise & may be returned.

+ All returned items must have tags attached, must not be worn or altered. Items returned in worn or altered condition may be subject to a $45 restocking fee. If items are in poor or damaged condition they will be returned to the customer.

+ We are sorry to inform that we do not currently offer exchanges. If you are looking to order another item we recommend you place a separate order.
